i agree i used them to rent a dedicated server awhile back and found the service good so i recommended them to someone that i run a server for, for some reason his aol email account is blocking defcon emails we cannot log into the ticket system at all and any password rest emails go’s into limbo so he setup a hotmail account and both he and i have sent messages throu the sales ticket system on the web site and called in to the 1 800 number as well and got zip my name and email is on account as well so there was no issues with being able to talk to me but there sales support team just close my tickets. and now i got this email the other day that said the server was moving and after the move the defconcp will not let us log in at all so with no control of the server at all whats the point of of paying for it. i cant even post in there forums they dont work as well dont believe me there last post is from 2010 check it out for your self http://forums.defconservers.com/ dont waist your time they use to be good but have fell so very far
It seems like AOWC is the only company around that is half way decent and reputable. Computer gaming online is dieing too though. Seems like everyone is always trying to either do things on their own or find the cheapest way to get it done. My neighbor was looking for some social media marketing, and when he got a quote he decided to do it himself. I guess it’s just the trend all across america anymore.
